We deliver seven days per week including bank holidays.

Hospitality is a 7 day per week industry, so we make sure that we can deliver fresh bakery every day to our Wholesale customers.

We do not operate on Christmas Day and New Year's day.

We're able to extend our service are on a case-by-case basis.

• Orders are placed via our ordering portal 

• A minimum lead time of 48 hours is required for all orders.
  We operate this policy as our bread is proved and handmade using traditional methods,  a 2-day lead time is required for slow proving.

• Order are received Monday to Friday only.

• New orders or adjustments for Monday or Tuesday must be sent by midday on the Friday.

• In the unlikely event of any product unavailability, the Bakery will notify the client, provide suitable alternatives or offer a refund.

• We drop product to each of our customers on our early morning van run.

• Where applicable we hold keys to allow us to drop prior to a team member arriving onsite.
